I'm a results-driven sales leader with 7+ years generating $4M+ ARR across EMEA, NA, ANZ, and APAC markets in B2B SaaS. Across my career I've consistently overperformed — attainments of 120–250% — managing annual quotas up to $1M and acquiring 117+ net-new logos, including Fortune-500 and large/mid-enterprise accounts.
My toolkit spans multi-region GTM builds, partner ecosystem development, and leading 20+ person sales teams. I've designed and deployed CRM systems, partner programs, and go-to-market playbooks from the ground up at multiple organisations — work that taught me that the buyer's trust is the only durable moat in enterprise selling.

At Ceiver I joined as the founding sales professional, architecting and building the entire global sales function completely from scratch. My framework: define the ICP and pricing, codify a repeatable playbook, stand up the CRM and forecasting backbone, then build the outbound and partner engine to land the first enterprise logos — turning a blank page into a scalable global revenue machine.

Years of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC-led selling taught me to chase the deals that close, not the deals that flatter the pipeline. Forecast accuracy is a feature, not an afterthought.
